HERE'S THE SYNOPSIS...

In the year 2025, the United States of America is no longer the number one super-power in the world. The EuroAsian Legion of Nations is. They control international trade, global politics and the world economy. Their Mira has replaced the American dollar as the world standard currency and they have restricted to flow of oil into the United States. As a result of this and other factors, the United States economy slips into a massive depression while the rest of the world prospers.

In a desperate attempt to reverse the shift in power, the United States adopts and implements a pre-emptive nuclear stike policy that allows it to destroy any country that threatens its agenda. The EuroAsian Legion of Nations sees the handwriting-on-the-wall and devises a pre-emptive strike plan of its own...OPERATION APOCALYPSE. They dispatch three operatives (The Pale Horseman, The Black Horseman, and The Red Horseman) to the United States to prepare it for colonization and takeover. Times Square and the bridges and tunnels are ground-zero. When they arrive, they have three silver hypersensitive super water-magnet containers filled with mosquitoes with them. They simultaneously detonate explosives they strategically placed on the surrounding bridges and tunnels and listen as they collapse. At the same time, all the water from the surrounding rivers and bays rush to the silver canisters the Horsemen are holding in the middle of Time Square. In the span of a few minutes, the entire borough of Manhattan is under water. But just before this happens, the horsemen release billions of genetically engineered, virus carrying mosquitoes (Furies) into the air from the cannisters. Unknowingly, they're bitten in the process.

As they flee the destruction in a helicopter, the virus coursing through their veins from the mosquito bites they sustained, ravages them and kills them in mid-flight. With no one left alive to fly the craft, it crashes. General Bishop, the newly appointed Counter Terrorism Tsar and agents Gellar and Kryzinski, from the C.I.A.'s Counter Terrorism Unit, have the downed helicopter and its passengers transported back to the National Security Headquarters facility in Groom Lake, Nevada for further analysis. When Gellar and Captain Burnett (Captain Burnett is the head of the Forensics Department at the National Security Headquarters) examine the bodies, they discover the victims were killed by an insidious virus injected into their bloodstreams by a mysterious species of insect. In an attempt to discover the type of insect, Captain Burnett summons the aid of our hero, ex-communicated ex-marine, Dylan Christopher. He is the world's foremost authority on insects and is the nation's only hope.

When they find Dylan and bring him back to Groom Lake, he solves the puzzle instantly because of a dirty-little-secret he's been carrying with him for years. He reveals that mosquitoes were sent, by parties unknown, to kill every man, woman, and child in the United States. Shortly thereafter, his startling revelation comes to pass and the victims are transformed into mindless, flesh-eating ghouls.

As soon as this happens, General Bishop, Gellar, Kryzinski, and Captain Burnett race to Jericho (the most heavily fortified military installation in the country) to deploy a force-field around the country called G.O.L.I.A.T.H. G.O.L.I.A.T.H. is the only thing that can save the country from invasion. But getting there is no cake-walk because both the Furies and the ghouls are intent on stopping them.

Ultimately, Dylan and Captain Burnett make it to Jericho and save the nation from both invasion and annilhilation by deploying G.O.L.I.A.T.H. in a nick-of-time. With no one else left alive in the entire country, they must rebuild and repopulate the United States. Will they learn from their mistakes, or are they doomed to repeat them. Hmmm. Let's find out...shall we?
